Elliot Rivera and Paola Rivera joined two second-week winners in the Schenectady High Literary Magazine’s poetry month contest. Elliot and Paola join Athena Rhodius and Freshman Academy nurse Arthur Taylor as the Week 3 winners.
The contest now goes to the final prize round.
In this final round, readers get to vote for their favorite poem. All poems are displayed on the school’s digital news page at www.shsphoenix.com. Voting closes on Monday, May 11.
